Tony Adams, CPA
Tony has 18 years of public accounting experience. He most recently practiced as the audit partner of a local Dallas public accounting firm; Baggett, Drews, Adams and Kipp, LLP from 1999 through 2003. Tony has worked extensively throughout his public accounting career with private companies in a number of industries including manufacturing and distribution, restaurants, software development, finance and banking, investment companies, venture capital (Small Business Investment Companies), real estate (including rural development and HUD projects), construction, employee benefit plans and and not for profit organizations. His experience emphasizes audit, accounting and consulting in area such as internal control, due diligence, low-income tax credits, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
Tony earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from North Texas State University.
Tony is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, Dallas Athletic Club, and serves as a board member of the Sunnyvale Education Foundation.
