Brenda G Dorsey, CPA
Brenda joined Howard & Co., LLP in January 2008 bringing with her 12 years of expertise in public accounting with a primarily focus in corporate, partnership, not for profit, and state taxation. She has extensive experience with a variety of industries including construction, manufacturing, engineering and architectural firms, financial institutes, and not for profit entities.
Prior to joining the firm, Brenda worked for a local pubic accounting firm for 7 years where she focused on tax issues for local and regional businesses and financial institutes. Before that, she worked for a big four accounting firm in Tax Compliance and Management Services.
Brenda is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Texas and Oklahoma. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, Oklahoma and her Masters of Science degree in Management from Southern Nazarene University in Bethany, Oklahoma.
Brenda is a member of several professional associations, including: the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
